The Bridge Consultancy was established in 1992 and is an independent organisation with ethical core values, complementing the work of Public, Private and Third Sector organisations. We frequently work in partnership with organisations to achieve the very best solution to the identified need.

Our business is based on trust and integrity. Confidentiality is upheld within legal requirements and commercial sensitivity is always observed. In today’s employment environment individuals are subject to ever increasing pressure; Teams and Managers are having to cope with changing practices and conditions at work.
